We build the thing, properly.

Apps, platforms, payment flows and the systems nobody sells off the shelf. Built by a team that spends the other half of its week breaking into software — which turns out to be useful when you’re writing it.

  • Mobile apps
  • Web platforms
  • Payment flows
  • Donation systems
  • Internal tools
  • API integration
  • Cloud & DevOps
  • Legacy rescue

What we build

From one screen to a whole platform.

We scope it, design it, build it and keep it running. Or hand it over cleanly when your own team is ready to take it.

Mobile apps

Native iOS and Android, or one cross-platform codebase — whichever actually fits your budget and audience. Built to pass store review and survive the second version.

  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • React Native
  • Flutter

Web applications

Portals, dashboards, booking systems and sites. Fast on a mid-range phone on mobile data, accessible by default, and cheap to run.

  • Next.js
  • Astro
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind

Custom software

The system nobody sells: quoting engines, trackers, internal workflows. Built around how you actually work.

  • Node
  • Python
  • .NET
  • Go

Payments & donations

Checkout and giving flows wired to real payment processors, with the abuse vectors closed before launch.

  • Stripe
  • FPX
  • Recurring

API & integration

Getting your CRM, accounting, shipping and shop to actually talk to each other, without a nightly spreadsheet.

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks

Cloud, DevOps & keeping it alive

Infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and monitoring, so shipping on a Friday isn’t frightening. Also the unglamorous work: patching a legacy system nobody wants to touch, and untangling it gradually rather than betting the business on a rewrite.

  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Terraform
  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions

Design & prototyping

Wireframes and clickable prototypes before anyone writes production code, so the expensive disagreements happen while they’re still cheap to settle.

  • Figma
  • Design systems
  • Accessibility

How it goes

Four people. No account managers.

Whoever scopes your project is who builds it. You’ll be talking to the person writing the code, which is faster for everyone.

  1. 01

    Work out what to build

A week or two of questions to establish what you actually need versus what you asked for, and what’s worth shipping first. You leave with a written plan and a number, not a proposal deck.

  2. 02

    Design it before building it

Clickable prototypes and architecture sketches, reviewed with you. Changing a screen in Figma costs an hour; changing it in production costs a fortnight.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

Short sprints with something to look at each time. Code sits in your repository under your account from day one, so you’re never locked to us.

  4. 04

    Launch, then stick around

Monitoring, runbooks and a handover your own team can own. We stay on as long as you want us, or hand over the keys properly.

The half of us that breaks software, informs the half that builds it.

Most studios add a security review at the end, when fixing anything structural is already expensive. We’re a penetration testing firm as well, so the threat modelling happens while the architecture is still a drawing.

  • Threat modelling during design, not after launch
  • Dependency and secrets scanning in the pipeline
  • Payment and form abuse closed before go-live
  • A penetration test at handover, by our own team

Tools

Boring tools, on purpose.

We pick things that are well documented and will still be maintained in five years, so whoever inherits the codebase can actually work on it.

A project we shipped

A donation channel that didn’t exist before.

Security assessment → build

“One of the most worthwhile decisions we’ve made.”

We built the online donation form on their building fund page and integrated payment processing, so the society could accept contributions digitally for the first time. In their words, it opened up a channel that simply didn’t exist for them before.

“… explained options clearly, made recommendations we could act on, and never made us feel out of our depth … less like an external consultant and more like a trusted partner invested in our mission.”
